To be eligible the participant must attend a 30 minute in-office presentation of the Heron IOS scanner with a Navtech Practice Solutions representative and either be a licensed dentist or own a dental practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York or Delaware. The doctor’s name, practice name, address, phone number and email address must be listed in the space provided above or on Navtech’s website entry form to be eligible. All entries must be received by December 28, 2021 to participate in drawing. The winner will be notified via email. If the winner is not eligible to win, or if the prize is not claimed within 72 hours of the email notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Many will enter only one will win. One entry per doctor. The prize rewarded will be either a new or slightly used dealer demo unit, 3Disc Heron IOS impression scanner with HeronClinic Software.
